black mold dirty shower

The shower situation was substandard. black mold covered the tiles, and there was a significant amount of black gunk inside the shower door. it's clear the cleaner hadn't thoroughly cleaned it. The dirt was visible with the door closed. i certainly won't return until this is addressed.

the staff were helpful and responsive. i guess that's something.

The shower was seriously disappointing. there was black mold on the tiles, not a cute look. a cake of black gunk lived inside the shower door. I don't think the cleaner ever looked in there. we definitely won't be returning.

The location was very close to many attractions. The staff assisted me with directions, which I found very helpful. A light breakfast was available, a nice touch before starting the day.

The shower had some mold on the tiles, which I found unappealing. The cleaner possibly missed this during regular upkeep. I would definitely avoid that shower.
